Don Vito Arrested on Sexual Assualt Charges
Don Vito of the reality tv show Viva La Bam has been arrested and held without bond on the charge of sexual assault on a child in Colorado. Vito is the Uncle of Bam Margera. Don Vito is the character who is constantly the victim of Bam's pranks. This will not be good for the shows character even if found not guilty. It could be the end of the show. Or atleast the end of Don Vito, a very important character on the reality show. Vincent Margera is 50 years old. Vincent(Don Vito) Margera's nephew Bam was not present in Colorado.

Yea that Don Vito always had a strange side to him. I am sure he was too drunk and did something he is going to regret for the rest of his life. Probably going to ruin the Viva la Bam show over this also. Or I know his character will be written off anyway
i wonder how old there talking when they say child???? they always party......couldve been a 17 year old or something.
Yea i know what you mean 17 sometimes looks like 25. but who knows in this case they said child. And usually when they say child people think the worst. maybe if they said teenager he would get a little more slack but not that much come on the guy is 50.
He has been accused of groping a 14year old and his bail has been set at 50,000 dollars.
This man is such a sick pig!! I'm glad that he's locked up hopefully he will have to pay for what he done and he won't get off easy just cuz he's a celeb. I have heard of him gropping, fingering and fondling 16yr old girls too..
yea I think he is going to get what is coming to him even though he is somewhat famous. He has embarassed his family and the entire cast of the Viva La Bam show. If they still have a show after this.
Lots of comments on the mania tv site saying Don Vito is innocent. Saying he pretends to grab the girl on the video. But maybe this happened when cameras were not rolling. hey if the guy is innocent let him go you already screwed with his life enough. People will remember him for that even if he is innocent.
